Because the torches contain oxygen-pressurized nozzles fueled by propane and natural gas, they are regulated as air-contaminant sources. On Jan. 1, the company completed installation of a three-sided enclosure with bag house and began using it to properly control emissions.NORTHEAST OHIOLighting discountsResidents and businesses in Cuyahoga Falls, Hudson and Wadsworth soon will receive coupons for energy-efficient compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs).The coupons — worth up to $22 for 10 bulbs in Cuyahoga Falls and Wadsworth and up to $26 for 14 bulbs in Hudson — will arrive in the mail early this month and must be used by Dec. 31.Changing at least 10 light bulbs can save up to $370 in reduced electric bills over the life of the bulbs, experts say.
